Friends of Be an Angel has delivered over 18,150 tons of humanitarian aid to a logistics hub in western Ukraine, where it is distributed to key areas of need. Through its humanitarian‑aid and Be an Angel network, the group reports that over 4,923 tons of aid valued at about $62.69 million has reached hospitals, refugee camps and displaced families.
The organization notes that it mails approximately 3,000–5,000 customized care packages each month to single mothers, elderly individuals and people with disabilities across Ukraine. In response to electricity‑infrastructure attacks, Friends of Be an Angel co‑led a coalition of 42 NGOs that provided 1,715 generators to hospitals, warming stations, refugee centers and vulnerable families, helping an estimated 20,000–20,475 people maintain basic services during the winter. The Freeing Freddie mental health program aims to reach at least 10,000 Ukrainian children ages 5–13, offering an online social‑emotional‑learning curriculum to help them cope with war‑related trauma.
