Why Partner With Us
Donate helps reviewed nonprofit partners make their work easier to discover, understand, and support.
Donate is a nonprofit platform connecting donors with reviewed U.S. nonprofits through clear stories and responsible giving information.
Here's what partnership with Donate includes.
Present your work in a focused giving platform where supporters can explore nonprofit partners and fundraising stories connected to the causes they care about.
Your organization can appear in Our Partners, Stories, and the Donate app. Supporters can learn about your mission, review story details, and choose how to help.
Share updates from active stories so donors can follow the work they supported. Donate provides the platform; your organization remains responsible for accurate information and reporting.
There is no fee to create a partner profile or submit a fundraising story. Standard payment processing fees may apply to donations.
Our partnerships team helps review your organization, prepare your profile, and structure your first story for the platform. Your organization remains responsible for its programs, use of funds, and donor updates.
Partnership works both ways: Donate provides the platform and review process; partners provide accurate information, use funds for the stated charitable purpose, and keep supporters informed.
Who We Work With
Donate works with U.S.-registered 501(c)(3) nonprofits supporting women, children, and families.
Before a partner is listed, we confirm nonprofit status and review publicly available organizational information and required documentation.
To join, your organization needs to meet these criteria:
Active IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) status and EIN
Mission or programs supporting women, children, families, or related community needs
Active charitable operations and an established organizational point of contact
Agreement to provide accurate story information, use funds as described, and share updates or supporting documentation when requested
We focus on responsible partnerships rather than the largest possible directory. Donate review does not replace a nonprofit's legal, financial, medical, or program responsibilities.
How It Works
Five steps from application to your first story.
Step 1
Tell us about your organization, mission, programs, and the people you serve. We also ask for your EIN and primary contact information.
Step 2
Our partnerships team reviews eligibility and follows up directly if we need clarification or additional documents.
Step 3
We confirm your U.S. nonprofit status, review public information, and collect the documents needed for platform and payment onboarding.
Step 4
We work with you to present your mission, programs, and organizational information clearly in the existing Donate profile format.
Step 5
Provide the story details, intended use of funds, target, supporting materials, and update plan. After review, the story can be published on Donate.
