How Story Donations Are Handled
When a donor supports a story on Donate, the gift is designated for the U.S.-registered nonprofit partner connected to that story. The nonprofit partner, intended use of funds, applicable fees, tax-deductibility information, and receipt details are shown before the donation is completed.
