Former International Business Development Director at Game Insight. Leads Donate’s operations, partner relationships, and organizational strategy.
20+ years in communications leadership, including VP of Communications at Mail.ru Group (now VK). Founded A-TAK, a communications consultancy, and has served as advisor to technology companies including TraceAir, TokenStars, and Welltory.
Why This Team
Building a credible charitable organization takes two kinds of knowledge: understanding the technology that can make transparency and connection real, and understanding the nonprofit sector well enough not to build the wrong thing.
We’ve spent our careers in the first category. And we’ve spent enough time studying the second to know where the gaps are. That combination is deliberate. It’s not common — most tech teams don’t slow down long enough to understand a sector before building for it. We did, because the people this work is meant to serve can’t afford for us to get it wrong.
Our predecessor project, helpworld.app, went through Apple’s review and verification process. We built it, launched it, and learned from it. Donate is what we built next. Not a pivot toward charity — a commitment to doing it right.
